Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Joel Landau leads Claimex with a focus on operational excellence, long-term partnerships, and measurable results for healthcare providers. Active in the healthcare revenue and billing industry since 2009, he has overseen billing operations for more than a decade, supporting a network of 80+ skilled nursing facilities. With deep experience in healthcare operations and revenue optimization, Joel drives strategic direction, growth initiatives, and client relationships. Guided by a clear long-term vision, he is building Claimex into an industry powerhouse by redefining how organizations protect revenue, operate efficiently, and scale with confidence.
Director of Operations
Tovia Lefkowitz oversees day-to-day operations across all Claimex service lines, ensuring workflows run efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. He is responsible for process optimization, internal systems, and team performance. Tovia brings a disciplined, detail-driven approach that keeps operations aligned with client expectations and regulatory standards.
Director of Accounts & Relations
Manny Landau manages client relationships and account performance, serving as a primary point of contact for partners and stakeholders. Regional Office Manager & Human Resources
Henry Rosen oversees regional office operations while managing human resources functions, including staffing, training, and team development. Project Supervisor

Hersh Rubinfeld oversees daily staff performance and workflow execution across Claimex teams, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and productivity.
