Active in the healthcare revenue and billing industry since 2009, he has overseen billing operations for more than a decade, supporting a network of 80+ skilled nursing facilities. With deep experience in healthcare operations and revenue optimization, Joel drives strategic direction, growth initiatives, and client relationships. Guided by a clear long-term vision, he is building Claimex into an industry powerhouse by redefining how organizations protect revenue, operate efficiently, and scale with confidence.

Director of Operations
